Isa Logistic's pilot FTL run from Ongole to Rabale successfully moved 74 boxes of high-value raw material worth ₹80 Lakhs for a leading FMCG Client. With on-ground team presence at the loading site, careful documentation, first-time seal application for added cargo security, and live GPS tracking shared with both teams in real time, the consignment travelled across multiple states and reached the Rabale factory right on schedule, with zero operational delays.
When a leading FMCG Client asked Isa Transportation to handle the movement of high-value raw material between their Ongole warehouse and Rabale factory, we treated it as more than a one-time job. The pilot run was our chance to show that careful planning, ground-level presence, and full transparency can turn an FTL movement into a long-term partnership.
The Brief

How We Approached It
Before the truck reached the dock, our team visited the Ongole facility in person. We studied the FMCG Client’s loading procedure, walked through the assigned route, and aligned with their team on safety, documentation, and on-site expectations. Nothing was left to assumption.
On the day of loading, the vehicle was placed at site by 9:00 AM, and customer inspection followed at 10:00 AM. The small adjustments shared during inspection were addressed on the spot. Once approval came through, paperwork was completed and loading began at 3:00 PM. By 4:00 PM, all 74 boxes were securely loaded and documentation was wrapped up.
For the first time on this route, we also applied a tamper-evident seal. This single step added a strong layer of cargo security and traceability, and gave the client one more reason to feel confident about the consignment.
Tracking and Transit
The truck departed Ongole at 6:00 PM and was tracked live via GPS, with status shared with both the client team and our operations desk in real time. The vehicle reached Rabale on 9th January at 9:45 AM right on the planned schedule, with no delays or surprises along the way.
What We Learned
Being physically present at the loading site gave us a far better grasp of the client’s processes than any briefing document could have. Early vehicle inspection and quick action on feedback helped us avoid downstream issues. Familiarity with the route improved our transit planning, and the smooth flow between teams showed how proactive communication is the real backbone of any pilot.
Why It Matters
The pilot proved that ₹80 Lakhs of high-value cargo can move across the country without a hitch when the groundwork is in place. More importantly, it built a strong foundation for regular movements on this route, with the FMCG Client confident that every future shipment will be handled with the same care and accountability.
